Counselling Services

As a counsellor, Lily strives to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can freely explore your experiences, gain clarity, and connect with your inner strengths. She believes that healing begins when we give ourselves permission to express our stories, and I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where we uncover resilience, make meaning of challenges, and foster growth together. With over a decade of clinical experience, Lily’s approach is rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based theories while incorporating trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques. She supports clients through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, life transitions, queer identity, parenting (including queer parenting), and relationship dynamics. Whether you are navigating a major life shift, processing past experiences, or working toward healthier boundaries, I’m here to guide and support you. Lily offers session both in English and Hebrew.
